If we usually spend many hours in front of the computer, it is most likely that we use an application to manage our calendar to record all our appointments and meetings. But also surely we also use, if the mail client has it, a list of tasks, dwhere we are adding our daily chores or what we plan to do in a short space of time.

Unfortunately, the management of tasks in this type of applications is not as productive as we would like and sometimes, we forget to write down the ones we have already done with the consequent mess that this can cause our day-to-day organization. Fortunately, in the market we find a large number of applications that allow us to manage these tasks in a much faster and more efficient way.

The Todoist app, available on the Mac App Store for free, allows us to manage all the day-to-day tasks, in a simple and effective way. In addition, Todoist is available on all market platforms including the Apple Watch, in this way we will have our tasks controlled at all times from our wrist.

The Todoist app for Mac was selected by Apple as the best application to create lists in 2015, a point to take into account. After this update, Todoist will allow us to write in a colloquial language when entering dates in the Quick Add Shortcut tool, just as the application for iOS and watchOS allows us.

In addition, the Quick Add All Shortcut, accessible from the Mac toolbar or with the keyboard shortcut Shift / ⌘ / A, automatically recognize, highlight, organize and classify all task details immediately including priorities and labels. For example, "Write a post every Thursday starting today ending June 1 p2 @contents" in the task name field.

Safari is now Todoist's third browser plugin. It will work identically to Todoist for Mac's Quick Add Shortcut, allowing users to easily capture and enter any information or URLs while browsing. It will offer the same colloquial language when typing dates as Mac including due dates, projects, priorities and labels.
