WeatherBug, an application to observe the weather from your Mac

weatherbug

It is an application that arrived on OS X last February and with which we will be able to see live the weather of the city we are in or the city we want. This application is adapted to be used in the upper menu of applications and is simple and intuitive for the user.

Another important detail in Weatherbug, is that the application is totally free and it has the right menus, functions and options to earn a place in our app menu. It is true that some details have to be polished, but it does the job.

The options that we have available in the application appear when we click on the icon that remains anchored in the menu bar and there are several. Can add favorite cities manually clicking directly on the name of the city that shows us by default. It also allows us to activate the location to show the weather of the city in which we are. From the cogwheel (settings) we will be able set units of measure of temperature, wind and pressure. It also offers us a graph of the progress of the temperature over the hours and if we click on any of the information it takes us to its website where we find more details of the time.

On the other hand it is true that In the case of Spain and the live radar it seems that it does not quite work quite wellSince clicking on the visible satellite does not show us information, on the other hand, when clicking on the information visible on the map of New York, it works correctly. The rest of the information we can say is totally accurate and that it is a simple app to see the weather in a city quickly and efficiently.
