A barrage of lawsuits from Apple vs Samsung annoys the judge

The Federal District Judge Lucy Koh has banned Apple and Samsung take more cases to court until their permission is given. The order was issued by the court shortly after Samsung filed an objection to Apple's request for a trial in Samsung v. Manzana.

So much Apple and Samsung have in total presented five lawsuits in US court since the beginning of this week, prompting Judge Lucy Koh to make this decision. Apple had first filed a letter proposing a partial judgment in the Apple vs. Samsung case, in which the United States Court of Appeals recently reversed Samsung's appeal of a new exam.

The Court has not yet received the mandate from the Federal Court of Appeals, Judge Koh has said. Despite this, the parties have already submitted one letter, two responses and one objection. The parties may not present no more motions, briefs or letters in the Court until authorized by the Court.

Samsung has argued that the initial proposal filed by Apple in court earlier this week it was not validand that violate federal rules if the court takes any action based on it. Apple recently took a major hit in the Apple vs. Samsung case, as their application patented the feature. 'slide-to-unlock' of the iPhone was rejected by the German court.
