Apple stabs Mission Motors to death with engineer theft

If a few days ago we presented an article in which we explained what the process that Apple followed for the hiring of engineers was like for his "almost" secret project called Titan, now back in the limelight This issue because Mission Motors has had to stop its research projects related to fully electric motorcycles because Apple has given it a "death stab".

Those from Cupertino have not stopped until they have acquired the entire staff of engineers specializing in electric motors and battery charging that the Mission Motors company had. Due to this situation, they have had to paralyze the research projects they had underway.

It is not the first time that Apple is involved in theft of engineers, even more so when the own CEO of Tesla stated that within his company they refer to Apple like a graveyard of engineers that they themselves have stopped hiring for their projects.

Now el CEO from Mission Motors, Derek Kaufman, affirms the opposite, that it is Apple that has not stopped until it takes over the entire engineering staff that they had. He says that the Cupertino people were aware of the good team of engineers that Mission Motors had and that is why they did not stop until they were hired.

In short, we can no longer talk about whether engineers are better or worse. It is clear that each company has workers who meet a certain profile that they themselves impose and that when they stop meeting the profile sought, it is not that they are not good engineers. Apple believes in the value of people and that is why it rescues those engineers despite sometimes making a mistake.
