Yesterday, Monday, all the rumors pointed to Apple today launching its expected 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro, today they have not only been confirmed, but those of Cupertino have taken out of the hat a Mac mini with new processors.
Thus, the new devices that Apple has presented today are the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro with their respective processors. M2 Pro y Max M2, and a new Mac mini that can carry a chip M2 o M2 Pro. Almost nothing.
Yesterday the hot week began in Cupertino. By surprise, some sources leaked the news that today Apple was going to launch a new device with a Press release. And a few hours later, it was already known that this novelty would be the new and expected MacBook Pro.
What nobody expected is that along with these two new laptops, Apple was going to pull out a new Mac mini with the option of mounting two different processors: either an M2 or an M2 Pro.
New MacBook Pro
Apple has finally been able to launch its new MacBook Pro on the market, after several delayed launches. With nothing we didn't already know ahead of time, it's two new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models with the same exterior design than the current ones. The novelties come inside, without a doubt.
News like the new processors of these teams. Both the 14-inch and the 16-inch have two versions with a processor M2 Pro and a more exclusive version with chip Max M2.
The unified memory capacity has also been expanded. Now you can choose up to 32 GB of RAM memory in the model with M2 Pro chip, and up to 96 GB in the case of the version with M2 Max processor. A real barbarity for a laptop.

A new Mac mini
The Mac mini also continues with the same external appearance, and has only been enhanced by the new processors available. Now you can choose three different models of Mac mini. Two with processor M2 and one with a chip M2 Pro. The first two with unified memory up to 24 GB and the third with a maximum of 36 GB of RAM.
Prices and availability
All the novelties presented today can now be purchased at the Apple Store, with a delivery date starting next Tuesday January 24.
MacBook Pro prices obviously vary a lot depending on the configuration you choose. but to give you an idea, the cheapest 14-inch MacBook Pro costs 2.449 Euros, and if you prefer 16 inches, the price starts at 3.049 Euros.
The prices for the Mac mini, on the other hand, are very good for a Mac with a super processor. The cheapest M2 chip model costs 719 Euros. If you want it with an M2 Pro processor, then you have it from 1.569 Euros, about the cost of a 24-inch iMac M1.
