Apple releases version 5.1.1 with the solution to the Apple Watch problem

Apple just released version 5.1.1 of watchOSto correct the problem that caused some Apple Watch models to freeze completely on reboot. In this case we have to say that they have taken too long to add a solution to the problem of the latest version released, 5.1.

Actually, this problem did not affect all users equally, I already commented in the previous article that in my case the Apple Watch Series 4 was updated without problems, but there are several users who are affected and therefore Apple pulled the updatewithin hours of launching it.

In principle we can all update but wait a bit

It seems that this new version comes with the problem solved and it does not have to have more bugs, but if you can wait for more users to update, all the better. The truth is that some of those affected told us in the comments thatthe solution to the problem was to directly change the device in an Apple Store or in an authorized reseller, something that we do not quite understand how can happen after so many beta versions that are released.

In any case the new version is available to everyone from the iPhone Watch app,so anyone can jump, but it is best to be cautious unless you have the frozen clock on the block. Right now the only improvement that this version adds is the solution to the problem, so for those of us who work fine, we can wait until tomorrow to see that everything really works fine and there are no similar bugs.

In this case have taken a little longer than other times to release the correctionand this is not good since although it is true the percentage of users with the bug was lower than those that everything worked well for them, we cannot put it aside ... The version has just been launched so it may take a while to appear, we have to be patient.

The problem I have with my apple watch is that it recognizes when I am in a vehicle that I am exercising .. I suppose I should not count it since my pulse is not high as when I am exercising .. I hope this can be solved in a future version of watchOS
