Headquarters-Apple-Ireland

Believe it or not, despite the fact that the European core of the apple company is in Ireland, more specifically in the city of Cork, As of today, there is no physical Apple Store of the company in the country.

It is known to all that Apple has been accused many times of managing all sales to Europe from Ireland because the taxes that have to be paid there are much lower than those that apply in other territories, such as Spain.

The thing seems that it is going to change and it is that it could be that Apple, finally, has decided to open its first physical Apple Store in Ireland. The new store It would be located in Dublin in one of the most important and emblematic buildings of the city on O'Connell Street.

What is preventing it from still taking place? Apple would be negotiating with the owners of the property to reach an agreement that allows the sale and subsequent restoration of the building to be able to locate the new Apple Store. As you know, Apple always restores the buildings in which it locates its new stores and this time it will not be less, even more so when it is the country where it has its main headquarters in European territory.

If we talk about figures we can tell you that Apple would be offering about 29 million euros in order to close the sale of the building, although it seems that they have been going on for several months and today no agreement has been reached.
