One of the novelties that macOS Monterey implements is power enjoy Apple Fitness + on your Mac thanks to AirPlay. We have that this Apple service is not available worldwide but all those who can enjoy it now can also do it from the Mac.
Only some Mac models with the new macOS Monterey operating system will be able to enjoy this AirPlay from an iPhone or iPad. Remember that the Mac does not have a Fitness application and it does not have a website, therefore the Apple training service is not available on Macs.
The Macs that can enjoy this service via AirPlay are: MacBook Pro (2018 and later) MacBook Air (2018 and later) iMac (2019 and later) iMac Pro (2017) Mac mini (2020 and later) Mac Pro (2019) . The only downside to using Apple Fitness with AirPlay is that on-screen metrics, heart rate and calories burned are not displayed on our Mac, but they can still be viewed on an Apple Watch.
In this sense, you can use Apple Fitness in the Fitness app at an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV and this service to be complete can be use with Apple Watch, in this case an Apple Watch Series 3 or later is required. We are looking forward to Cupertino deciding to launch this service in more countries than is currently available and is currently only available in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
