Some time ago, from Apple we saw the arrival of the AirPods, an accessory that we liked a lot, because it has exceptional audio quality, and they also have a good design and an integration with the other products of the exceptional firm. Now, in Apple's last Keynote, many people expected to see a renovation of these, but it was not like that.
However, apparently, Ming-Chi Kuo, popular for his hits on the firm's predictions, has shared some details of the most interesting related to possible AirPods 2.
The AirPods 2 would arrive in early 2019, but the complete renovation we would not see until 2020
As we have been able to know thanks to AppleInsider, on this occasion Ming-Chi Kuo has announced that, In the first quarter of 2019, it would be when the renewed AirPods would arrive, but in this case we would not have much news. In the first place, we would see a renewal in terms of the Bluetooth connection, as we already saw with the iPhone, since we would have the 5.0 (probably), much more efficient.
With this, it would also arrive a new version of the W chip, but without a doubt the most interesting would be the arrival of wireless charging facing these devices, so perhaps, in the same presentation, we will see news of the charging base AirPower, which after the presentation of the iPhone X last year, was practically forgotten.
However, apparently, the interesting thing would be in the year 2020, in which we would see a completely renewed version of these AirPods, probably in terms of design as well as in terms of features. And, although in this case Kuo has only said for now that they will be incredible, we may see everything that users ask for, such as water resistance, among many other possibilities, although we will see this little by little.
