In a first batch of countries called by many of us as 'the first wave' Spain is not included, but this is already something that has been common in iPhone launches.
This first wave of countries that will have the new iPhone 6S models available are: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, the United Kingdom and, of course, the United States. All of them will be able to start reserving one of the two iPhone models on next September 12.

If you allow me to do my calculations a little, I can think that the new iPhone 6S models will go on sale in Spain and the rest of the countries of the second wave for the second week of October approximately, if I risk a little more I would say that for on October 9, but this is a personal opinion based on previous iPhone releases and that it has nothing official. What does seem clear is that Apple does not want to miss the opportunity to put your new devices on the market as soon as possible and in this way sell the more the better.
