How to access emojis immediately using a keyboard shortcut

This is a keyboard shortcut that many macOS users have been using for a long time, but we keep getting some questions about how to quickly activate the emoji keyboard while we are typing on the Mac.

Well, today we are going to see how easy it is to perform this action thanks to the simple keyboard shortcut that we have had for a long time - I think I remember that since Yosemite or even before - and open the emoji window to use them in any text that we are writing on the Mac, as long as the Unicode format is accepted.

It is very simple to put into practice but above all it is very useful for those situations in which using an emoji is good for us in our social networks, documents or similar. For this we have to press: ctrl + cmd + space bar and ready. We will see the window with the emoji appear and we will only have to use the one we want to add it.

The window itself adds interesting options such as the emoji search engine, or their classification by classes, something that makes it even easier for us to introduce symbols or faces into the content. If, on the other hand, we do not want all the emoji to appear and we simply want some specific ones that we use more frequently to appear, we can add a combination of keys without having to press "ctrl + cmd + space bar", This can be done from System Preferences> Keyboard, right on the Text tab and we can configure the emoji that we want or use more.

I am a fan since this keyboard shortcut exists. The point is that now the search for the spotlight is activated. How could I fix it?

      Good Pablo,

If you didn't touch any of the settings, what you're saying is strange. Anyway, check in the Edit tab at the top which is the keyboard shortcut that marks you in Emojis and symbols
