One more year we come to the international day of Yoga and for this Apple wants to celebrate it as it deserves. Last year you could earn a badge or medal on your Apple Watch if you completed a Yoga workout on the day of the celebration. Apple has not complicated its head too much and has decided that this year 2021 will be the same way. So stay tuned for that day 21 (again) to complete the Yoga training to take the medal. One more.
The Apple Watch is a health device with watch functions. Or was it the other way around? The fact is that one of those health functions is to keep its user motivated with sports. He does this by completing rings and receiving medals for each completed event. This year, once again we have in our minds and bodies the day of Yoga, with which we pWe will win in health and medals in honor again of the international day that is celebrated on the 21st.
To be able to get it, all we have to do is:
- Open the Training app in your Apple Watch and choose yoga from the list of training types
- After choosing yoga, your Apple Watch will do a 3 second countdown and it will start recording your training
- You will see that the Training app Shows your training progress, including metrics like the number of calories burned, your heart rate, and how long you've been active.
When you're done your 15 minute exercise, finish your training and wait for your prize. It is usually immediate, but sometimes it has been delayed a bit. If that happens to you, what you can do is restart the Apple Watch and you will see how the medal obtained appears. You will be more motivated and your health will thank you.
