Apple tried to create a world without cables at home, but the developers are also doing enough to make sure there are apps that exploit these functionalities, and one of them is Airfoil.
With this app we can send audio from a Mac to devices such as an iPhone or iPad, other Macs, an Apple TV, to a computer connected with AirPort Express and some possibility for sure that I left.
It uses AirPlay, so it does not require any type of configuration by the user. It just works effortlessly, and that makes it great.
