The brand, despite setting record figures in terms of sales, does not It is considered by the average user as one of the most visible in the commercial scene. The survey is commonly known in the US as the Harris reputation quotient and in it, Apple has dropped from 5th to 29th.

It is true that it is not something specific to Apple. Other companies where to compare like Google, goes from 8th to 28th place. They analyze the following categories: social responsibility, vision and leadership, financial performance, emotional appeal, work environment, and products and services. 

The first place is taken once again by Amazon. It is a company that never ceases to amaze us with new services that make our lives easier. This is followed by a US food brand. Tesla ranks third, an ecological product, despite receiving some finishing problems, they rank it so high. But sending a vehicle into space seems to have tipped the balance to these positions.

Next, and up to the two technological giants, we find companies of both renown and Netflix, Nike, UPS, Walt Disney. On the other hand, other technology companies do not lose as many positions, as Microsoft. Bill Gates's company remains in a constant upward trend of innovation, which does not elevate him to high ranks, but is in a comfortable position.

Clearly Apple's position is due to a general lack of innovation in recent years. We always talk about the spark that the company has and the ability to surprise us. Apart from some subjective evaluations, these results should set off an alarm in Cupertino, on the trend acquired in recent years and how they intend to counteract it. Sheltering yourself in an income statement that does not stop growing can mean an even more drastic decline in popularity in the coming years. Apple must analyze the situation and get the company back on the path of totally innovative products.
