The last two to follow the same recommendation are Apple TV + and Amazon Prime Video.
Amazon has not specified what the reduction in quality will be, but it will most likely follow the same path as Netflix, YouTube and Apple TV +, offering only SD quality, the one with the lowest resolution. It has also not reported whether its streaming video game platform Twich will also reduce the quality of playback, but it is presumably that it will follow the same path as Amazon Prime Video. Regarding the duration, it will most likely last 30 days, like Netflix and YouTube, an extendable period if the situation does not improve as the days go by.
This announcement comes a few days after the main national operators have launched a recommendation of moderation to all your clients, so that they make responsible use of the network, and as far as possible, avoid using it during normal working hours, so that workers who do their work from home, do not suffer any type of problem that affects their work.
