However, thousands of users have already reported to the network that there are situations in which the protection of the Mac App Store is "bypassed" and you can update without any problem. So far there are two possibilities.

It consists of entering the Mac App Store, logging out of your Apple ID and closing the Mac App Store. Next we go to "System Preferences" and click on "Language and Region". We will see that the system is in Spanish. We are going to add a new language (English) and tell the system to make it the default. Once we restart, we go back to the Mac App Store and we will see that when we press the updates button, the three applications appear. We download each one of them and the system will ask us for our Apple ID credentials in each case. When we finish, we delete the language we created, reboot again and that's it.
SECOND
Several users have also achieved the same by simply grabbing the three icons from the Applications folder and throwing them into the trash. Later they have entered the Mac App Store and the three new applications were available for download.
Feel free to perform one of the two options and download the three new applications before the system gaps are closed.
