It was clear. Apple Card has not been thought only for North Americans. The company has been testing it for a year in the US at the hands of the financial company Goldman Sachs, the only bank that currently operates with the Apple Card.
Now Apple is closing deals with other banks from other countries to start implementing your credit card for the rest of the planet. It is only a matter of time before it arrives in our country and we have the option of being able to hire it. That if we are interested, of course.
MacRumors just published an article explaining the intentions of Tim Cook and his team: to implement Apple Card outside the United States. After a year of operating in Trump's country, the company believes that it is time to start operating with this credit card in other countries.
May Australia be the first country outside the US to see the Apple Card. This article tells that Apple is already negotiating with an Australian bank to distribute it, in the same way that Goldman Sachs does currently.
It fits with the announcement that the company recently made, explaining the new tasks of the Apple Card Product Manager, such as finding and hiring external partners such as financial companies, payment networks, etc., no doubt focused on the expansion of the Apple Card in other countries.
