Buy an IMAC 27 ″ on August 29, 2011, through the Apple Store Online (Spain), along with other accessories and the "essential" AppleCare.
At the end of October (when I can sit in front of him) I notice a horizontal dark band in the lower part that occupies the entire screen, and also some dark spots in the upper right part.
I follow the protocol (accompanied by a lot of nonsense) ...
Result: today, November 3, my "new" acquisition and work tool is in the technical service, (who have called me to give me advance notice, that this may not be solved) ...
And now I say, should I follow the protocol in the consumer office? ...
