Knowing the trajectory of Apple, it is not surprising that when they integrate a new technology in any of their devices or present a new product, immediately apply for the patent so that no one takes advantage without paying the appropriate royalties.

This time it was not going to be less and after all the news presented in the last keynote. Specific the United States Patent and Trademark Office has officially published a series of 42 patents recently granted to Apple Inc. Some of them refer to the interchangeable straps of the Apple Watch, the pressure sensors or the low-profile keyboard that has made it possible for the new MacBook to achieve its extreme thinness.

The first of the patents refers to the display stand that can be seen in the Apple Store showing the Apple Watch, the second would be related to the way you hook the strap to the body of the watch as shown in the image of the header in this article and finally the closure of the straps would also have been patented by Apple.

Besides the Apple Watch, also different patents were processed related to pressure and sensing sensors, in particular a compensation technology with other adjacent sensors has been patented to reduce the overall resistance and sensitivity that can lead to detection errors in the main ones applying different voltages and a gain factor in the measurements.

The last one that we will mention in this post is related to the new mechanism used to give life to the keyboard that already integrates the new MacBook, a butterfly based system and that replaces the traditional scissor that we knew until now. This system provides greater stability when typing and makes the keyboard more robust and durable.
