December 14 Apple Fitness + launches

Apple Fitness +

Apple's personal trainers service called as Apple Fitness + will start next Monday, December 14 in the United States since at the moment it is the only country in which it will be available during its first steps.

We have the feeling that this new Apple service can be really positive in the current moment of pandemic in which we are involved and that is it is not the only service of its kind available on the market and the rise of it suggests that it could be very successful among users who already use some Apple services such as Apple TV +, Apple Music, iCloud, etc.

HIIT, Yoga, Core, Treadmill training, etc ...

The workouts that Apple offers in this service are really varied and of different intensities. It is a series of trainings adapted for all types of users, both those who are just starting to play sports and those who have been "crushing" for a long time and want cane. There are 10 types of training offered in total and these are fully compatible with those we have in the activity rings of our Apple Watch.

We find it bad that Apple only launches this service in the United States and we hope that it will soon extend it to more countries since it can be a good contribution for those who want to exercise from home on their own, without having to go to the gym. Logically it can also be combined with gym sessions but that will depend on your level and your desire. In any case, classes begin next Monday for many and those who have Apple One contracted in the US they can start their sessions included in the pack.
