Although Apple wants its music streaming service, Apple Music, to be the only thing its users use related to music, they know that there are other users who all they want is to have their music collection available in the cloud.

They are not interested in being able to listen to any type of music as they can with Apple Music, what they are interested in is being able to have their unreleased titles that may not even be titles that can be found in Apple Music by being composed by themselves.

Well, in his time Eddy Cue announced that they were working so that the complementary service to Apple Music, the iTunes Match, will improve and go from being able to host 25.000 tracks to 100.000. That moment has come and already several users They have been able to observe that their accounts have indeed grown and allow to host 100.000 different tracks.

However, this increase in the capacity of iTunes Match accounts has not been announced in any way by Apple, so we do not know if what they are still doing is testing this operating mode or if they have already extended it to all existing accounts.

Remember that iTunes Music works differently from Apple Music. It has the characteristic that you will be able to upload all the songs you want to your account and in the event that any of them coincide with one that Apple has in the iTunes catalog your song will be replaced by the one Apple has on its servers.icloud
