#GivingTuesday is a global non-profit movement, in which it is intended to help the most needy people, with the help of the most important NGOs, such as the Red Cross, World Wildlife Fund, (PRODUCT) RED or DonorsChoose.org.
Apple has decided this year to support this initiative, as it did in previous years, providing the possibility of making donations through your new payment method, Apple Pay.
Therefore, the Cupertino-based company has sent a mass email promoting this initiative, where we can read the slogan that the company has used to urge solidarity:
«Donate with Apple Pay at #GivingTuesday. El Gift giving was made easier and more secure with Apple Pay. With Apple Pay, you can easily donate to the causes that really matter to you. "
This philanthropic movement has been carried out since 2012, and the objective is that donations are made to this type of NGO's to help those most in need on Christmas Eve.

#GivingTuesday was born from the hand of Belfer Center, in 2012, and committed to being in solidarity just after the Black Friday and Cyber Monday, days of consumerism and excesses that promote consumer spending.
