Apple is clear, after China, Iran

If there is one thing that characterizes Apple, it is that it does not miss an opportunity and just as it happened at the time with China, the news of all the newscasts today that announce that the United States has reached an agreement with Iran will be a new door for Apple to land, finally, in that country.

The United States has spent more than twenty months of negotiations to finally reach an agreement and try to sign a peace agreement with the country. Definitely This is great news regardless of what Apple may or may not do from now on.

The fact is that a new stage begins in the Middle East as Iran and six international powers have managed to reach an agreement in Vienna that limits the Iranian nuclear program in exchange for a lifting of sanctions. In addition to ending 35 years of fighting between Washington and Tehran, the agreement will allow the reconfiguration of geopolitical balances in a region shaken by extremist violence.

But beyond the international political aspects, this agreement is sure to be welcomed in the most important technology company that currently exists, Apple. Iran is a huge market that would allow Apple to increase the sales of the iPhone, iPad or Macs considerably.

As the Wall Street Journal has been able to report, Apple has already contacted potential distributors in Iran, a practically virgin territory for the apple company. In this case, they should start building a business that would start from scratch in this country. We will see how Apple is moving the strings to get a slice of this agreement.
