Apple releases OS X 10.11.4

OS X-El Capitan-yosemite-0

The keynote that Apple has celebrated a couple of hours ago, has brought us the new iPhone SE, the new 9,7-inch iPad Pro and the new nylon straps for the Apple Watch. The great absentee of this keynote have been the Macbook and the long-awaited renewal of the 12-inch model that Apple presented at this time. In previous articles we have already informed you in great detail about the news that the iPhone SE and the 9,7-inch iPad Pro have brought us, in addition to the nylon straps for the Apple Watch.

But in the keynote Tim Cook has also focused on announcing the news that this afternoon, once the keynote has finished, have released in its final version, leaving aside the betas that have accompanied us in recent months. On the one hand we find the final version of iOS 9.3 that brings us a large number of new features, watchOS 2.2 that focuses on improving the operation of the device, tvOS 9.2 that brings us the folders so loved and desired by many users and of course, OS X 10.11.4.

The news that during these months we have been testing in the different betas that Apple has launched of OS X, they are really very few compared to the other operating systems where we find many more news, such as in the case of iOS 9.3 and tvOS 9.2. OS X 10.11.4 allows us to share Live Photos from the OS X messaging application, that new function that iOS 9 brought in combination with the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus.

Another novelty that we find in this new version of OS X is the possibility to protect the others by adding passwords, a feature inherited from iOS 9.3, where they can also be protected thanks to the latest update and by synchronizing on all devices, this option had to be available on both platforms. Finally, we find the syncing PDFs in iBooks, an option highly demanded by users for a long time.

After updating the Bluetooth stopped working, well, neither the keyboard, nor the trackpad, nor the mouse worked, I had to connect the accessories through the lightning to make them work. What an update, I notice the computer somewhat more rough, I do not feel very fluid.

How strange that you mention about Bluetooth, was it solved in the end?

      regards

I have fixed the problem. I have downloaded the update image from here: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1869?locale=en_US and I have reinstalled it. After the restart everything has worked again. All the best.
