In a month in which everything tends to slow down due to the heat, it seems that Apple's headquarters are well acclimatized because updates are beginning to be launched, in this case touching Safari 6.1.6 for OS X Lion 10.7.5 and for Safari 7.0.6 for OS X Mavericks 10.9.4.

In both versions, those of Cupertino correct various problems that are related with the application security itself.

The OS X browser has undergone an update that will affect OS X Lion and Mavericks systems. As we have anticipated, problems are solved that could generate the unexpected and sudden closure of the same  caused by misuse of the memory used by the browser itself.

It should be noted that they have fixed seven issues with this update, five of which were discovered by Apple's team of software engineers, one by Google's security team, and one that is totally anonymous, for now.

Little by little, the errors that are detected are being outlined, making both the current and previous systems remain very stable and allow users to work satisfactorily. And it is that what has always characterized the systems of the bitten apple is its stability and absence of serious problems that make the team go stumbling as it happens with other companies.

You can download updates from the Mac App Store for free. Installation as soon as possible is recommended.
