Just a few minutes ago Apple launched the fifth betas of their operating systems tvOS 12.3, watchOS 5.2.1, macOS 10.14.5. These are the latest updates of what will be almost final versions of current operating systems, before presenting in less than a month, the new versions of tvOS, watchOS, macOS next year.

As always, to download the developer versions of these betas, you must be enrolled in the developer program from Apple. Depending on the type of device: Apple TV, Apple Watch or a Mac, the process to install these betas is different. Nevertheless, it is not advisable to install them in a work team.

Traditionally these betas arrive on alternate Mondays. Instead, last week Apple surprised us with the launch of the betas just 7 days after the previous one and this time the launch has been delayed to Tuesday. The main novelties of these betas at the functionality level, is the inclusion of the TV application in watchOS.

This application must be filled with channels once the launch of the Apple's streaming platform. It is scheduled to launch in the second quarter of 2019. The third-generation Apple TV is expected to accept the TV app, so Apple content reaches more people accounts as possible.

Otherwise, watchOS and macOS betas are primarily intended for bug fixes discovered by Apple and the developers who work daily to implement their applications in the new versions. It is expected that the final versions of these betas come out before WWDC, which is celebrated in early June. If you are not a professional user and are curious to try Apple's betas, you can subscribe to the program Apple Public Betas, which is available within hours of the developer version, once the beta for professionals is tested.
