The news in this version released by Apple is basically focused on solving the problem with charging the Apple Watch. An issue that seems to affect multiple users when charging the Apple Watch Series 5 and Apple Watch SE. This new version does not affect all Apple Watch, so do not look if you have a Series 4 or earlier.
It appears that the problems were specific to the Series 5 and SE when they entered battery saving mode. Once the watches were charged, they did not activate the charge again. It was not a general problem for all these Apple Watch models but it did affect a good number of them and finally Apple released the new version to solve the problem.
This new version launched by Apple is arriving in a staggered way or at least it seems that way since many of us right now it does not appear as available. The watchOS 7.3.1 update It can be downloaded for free through the application that we have on the Apple Watch by entering the iPhone by going to General and Software Update.
Remember that when you decide to install this new version of software you will have to have the Apple Watch with at least 50 percent battery, you must leave it charging in the charger and be within the range of the iPhone. The truth is that the version of watchOS 7 brought quite a few new features and is quite stable overall, but it does not mean that some models have problems like this that Apple seems to have already solved with the new version 7.3.1.
