The new version of Xcode 6.3, which includes Swift 1.2 for iOS 8.3 in addition to the development kits for OS X 10.10, brings a number of enhancements to Apple's coding suite for developers. The usual tools developers are used to appear again in this release, including the Xcode IDE, Swift, and Objective-C compilers, as well as device simulators and analysis tools.
This latest version also contains the SDKs for the latest systems such as OS X 10.10.3 and iOS 8.3, both released yesterday by Apple.

We can also check as it happened in the previous beta that Xcode 6.3 introduces a new tool to report bugs which works in conjunction with TestFlight reports to integrate everything into the aggregated in-app results. A revamped Organizer window also helps developers keep things tidy.
Swift 1.2 includes its own enhancements, ostensibly improving compilation times in addition to including improvements to the programming language itself, including a tool to help developers migrate from Swift 1.1.
