Apple Maps already offers us live traffic information in 6 new countries

Things in the palace go slowly. This is how it seems that Apple's map service continues to evolve, a service that according to the latest rumors will be completely reinvented soon. Today, Apple offers us a series of functions that not available in all countries or in all cities.

Apple follows a growth rate that is strange to understand, since it does not make much sense that in Spain we already have information about public transport in Madrid, but not in Barcelona, taking into account that in the capital of Spain it has been available for more than a year.

But leaving aside how Apple organizes the work in the Maps department, the guys from Cupertino continue to expand the number of countries in which there are still functions that were not available, as is the case of traffic information. For a few days, the information on the traffic status is already available in 6 new countries: Brunei, Kenya, Mozambique, the Philippines, Nigeria and Vietnam, so if you were planning to go to one of these countries on vacation in the coming weeks, you will be in luck if you are going to rent a vehicle.

After adding these six countries, Apple Maps offers us information on the status of live traffic in more than 70 countries, information that we can consult directly from our iPhone, iPad or even from the Maps application available on our Mac.

To check the traffic status through Apple Maps, we just have to look for the avenue or street we want to travel on. If the traffic is heavy, we can make use of the Apple Maps navigation system, so that automatically show us a route where the traffic is more fluid and let us not find traffic jams that make us lose time that we can invest in other things.
