Apple Maps updates images of Apple Park via satellite

For more than a year, every month we have been providing timely information about the progress of the works on Campus 2, officially baptized as Apple Park. This mega-construction, which has cost the Cupertino boys about 500 million dollars according to most estimates, will open in early April. At the moment we do not know if the so rumored keynote where the iPad could see its renewal, is deliberately delaying to be held in the Steve Jobs auditorium, the auditorium that Apple has created inside the complex and destined to carry out all its future presentations.

As we can see in the image that heads this article, Apple has updated the images that it offers us via satellite through Apple Maps, and in which we can see complete information about the new Apple facilities. It is not the first time that Apple shows information in Apple Maps, but for a few hours the information you show us has been updated And as we can see, the images shown are very similar to those of the last video that we show you from a drone view, and where we can check the current status of the works, very close to completion.

In Apple Maps we can also see how the company has been adding the name to each of the different buildings that make up the site, so that any user who is curious can know its name and function at all times. Part of the information shown comes from Wikipedia, something that will probably change when the works are completely finished, since as we all know Apple is very methodical when it comes to describing each and every one of its products, services and of course, facilities.
