Apple Park construction nearing completion

Drone flights over Apple Park have not stopped despite the official opening of the gates. As we can see in the last video, most of the installations the works have already finished, so it is likely that very soon, the rest of the works that have not yet finished abroad will do so.

As we can see in the latest video posted by Matthew Roberts, the works continue focusing on outdoor landscaping mainly, as in previous months, as it is one of the areas where Apple has paid special attention, both outside and inside the complex.

Last year at this time, specifically on February 22 of last year, Apple officially announced the name of these new facilities: Apple Park, and in whose facilities we can find the Steve Jobs Teahter, in a clear tribute to the founder of the company with Steve Wozniak.

Apple's new facilities are in about land previously owned by Hewlett Packard and that they were completely paved. One of the problems that Apple has faced throughout the construction of these new facilities, has been related to landscaping.

According to some studies, the final number of trees that have been planted, both outside and inside the enclosure around 9.000, among which we find apple trees, cherry trees, apricot trees ... which has caused a shortage of this type of trees throughout California, which in turn has caused that the price of the same has increased.

The network of solar panels located in the upper part of the entire campus, is capable of supply 17 megawatts of energy, with which it can supply 75% of the energy needs of the entire complex.
