Apple proposes another challenge for the month of February

A few days ago, partner Jordi informed you about the challenge that Apple proposed to us through the Apple Watch, a challenge to celebrate that February is Black History Month. For all those who love the special challenges offered by the Apple Watch, the Cupertino-based company proposes us a new challenge for this month.

We are talking about Challenge of the Heart Month, a challenge that is celebrated on February 14. To get the badge of this new challenge, we only have to register 60 minutes of exercise in its corresponding ring, either through the exercise application, completing Apple Fitness + workouts or using any other application that connects with the application Health.

In the announcement in which Apple has announced this new challenge, we can read:

El Heart Month Challenge Apple's annual campaign encourages Apple Watch users to train and log at least 60 minutes of exercise on Valentine's Day to promote positive heart health.

Completing the challenge with any training app that records data in the Apple Fitness app will unlock the virtual achievement on the iPhone, Apple Watch, and in the Apple Messages app.

In addition, he encourages us to show in his heart "some love." By achieving this challenge, Apple will reward us with a virtual badge plus stickers that we can use both through the Messages application and through FaceTime.

It is not necessary to put this new challenge on the calendar, since in a few days, Apple will send us a notification so that we can prepare our sports team ...
