Apple receives permission to occupy 5 sections of Apple Park

Apple Park visits drone December 2017

We know that the Apple is still under construction in some of its corners. We know this because some fans of the brand and drone pilots have recorded for months what is the state of the mega-construction of Cupertino. And recently we knew last. However, so that Apple can occupy the interior space and start working at full capacity, You need the relevant authorization and permits from the Cupertino City Council.

As reported to the publication Venture Beat, the City Council has already granted permission for Tim Cook's to occupy 5 sections of Apple Park out of the total 12 sections. Apparently, these permits have been available since last December 30, when some employees already moved to the new headquarters.

The Cupertino City Council already indicated, apparently, that it would issue all the permits for all the sections that make up Apple Park when the construction machines left work. Also, it seems, permits are temporary and include some limitations while construction work is underway. The other sections have not obtained that temporary permit because, at a minimum, protective fences are needed that perfectly isolate the occupants of the building from any external work.

Meanwhile, the 5 sections that have obtained this permit are because they have properly delimited paths for pedestrians to walk safely at all times. Although there is still work to be done, in the latest images of the complex it can be seen that the presence of machines is minimal and that many of them focus on the green areas that Apple Park will surround itself with. On the other hand, there have been dates and at the latest, all permits should be ready by next March. By last, Apple wants to hold its annual shareholders meeting at the end of February.
