This Friday the Apple support page has undergone a complete redesign with simpler access, which means that it also the themes are easier to access and to the links both on the desktop support website and in the mobile version.
Apple announced this redesign through its official Twitter account in which users are encouraged to browse the website totally "re-tried and redesigned". In addition to the visual improvements in which we see more white spaces and ultimately more orderly and better to look at, now you also have quick and easy access to the integrated database of help topics thanks mainly to the fact that they have been added a greater number of quick links.
These links lead directly to specific product pages, that is, for the iPhone, iPad, Mac or any other main product lines. It is also important to mention the new section "Popular topics", currently this section is occupied with topics such as Apple ID management, What's New for the iPhone or how to take and manage your photos. This section allows highlight current affairs that can most concern the user and clicking on each one of them directs us to attached pages that lead to document links already existing on the support page for a long time.
On the other hand, a space has also been reserved for the Apple Support Communities, a section on the status of the warranty and the repair of the device, different support contacts, a link to Twitter and another to see the workshops available in the Apple Store.
