Apple wants the Park brand and its circle to be a patent

One thing is clear and that is that Apple knows each thing and every design that it makes knows how to find a meaning that ends up being iconic. Apple designs have always raised a lot of expectation and the design of what is already the Apple Park not far behind. The fact is that Apple it seems that he has already been able patent register in the patent office the trademark Park with the circle representing Apple's Campus 2.

It was clear that at the time of record the circleIt was not possible since a geometric shape as such is not susceptible to registration. However, the confluence of several concentric circles of different thicknesses together with the Park trademark has been possible for them to register at the patent office.

Proof of this is that in different Apple Stores we are already seeing that merchandising of the brand is being shown with the iconic Apple ParK ring and underneath an apple of the brand followed by the word Park. The symbol of Apple Park from its initial design is the circle, geometric shape that in history represents perfection.

Now Apple wants to start selling clothing items in which the Park brand can be seen and in this way we would have a nod to when Apple itself, in the lifetime of Steve Jobs, It also had Apple brand clothing for sale, although at that time it was not very successful.

The idea is not bad and we know that in case Apple enters the world of fashion, it will give the bell and it is that if, overnight, we have clothes or accessories with the images of its emblematic products attached to key phrases, we could be facing the next facet from the company that started in a garage soldering components to a motherboard that ended up being the Apple I.

We will see if this merchandising reaches Spain and the Premium Resellers to be able to have a memory at home of this new facet of Apple, because who knows how long it may last.

Trademarks They are not patented. They are registered only inventions related to machines, devices, devices, procedures, products, etc. can be patented.

PS: I am telling you with all my love eh, it is a mistake that is made a lot in the publications and since you are an engineer, you surely like to know what the correct term is.

    Greetings,

Thanks for the appreciation. Indeed, as an engineer I like the correct terms. In this case I want to make it understood that Apple has registered with the patent office. But in future publications I will take into account the point. Greetings and thanks for reading Rebeca!
