The Apple Watch Hermès collection was presented in the last keynote that Apple held last September and where in addition to the new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus models, Apple presented the new Apple TV and the highly anticipated iPad Pro. An iPad Pro that is still a bigger iPad and an Apple TV that has been a real revolution on devices designed for content consumption via streaming.
The new Hermès straps that so far We could only find them in specialized physical Apple stores and Hermès signature stores has just arrived at the Apple Store Online, but as usual, geographically limited and in the Apple online store in Spain we do not find any trace of them, so we will have to wait for them to arrive or go to one of European countries where they are available.
The Hermès collection is made up of three different straps that have to be purchased together with an Apple Watch, at least for the moment, we do not know if in the future they can be purchased separately. Combining the colors, straps and sizes, we find up to 10 possible combinations to get an Apple Watch Hermès. The different types of straps are: Single Tour, Double Tour and Cuff. These three straps come with a Steel Apple Watch with a watchface created specifically for the Apple Watch and that is inspired by the classic models of the French firm.
The prices of the straps with the steel Apple Watch are for the Single Tour $ 1150, $ 1250 for Double Tour, and $ 1500 for Cuff. These prices are for the 38 mm steel Apple Watch, so if we want the 42 mm model we will have to pay a little more. At the moment the availability of these watches is being delayed between one and three weeks, it seems that either this collection has been successful or Apple has not manufactured enough stock.
