Little by little, the Apple Watch continues to reach more countries. The first wave of countries were Canada, China, Germany, the United States and the United Kingdom, on June 26 they arrived in Italy, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and Taiwan while last week they landed in the Netherlands, Sweden and Thailand.
New Zealand is one of the following countries where the new Apple watch will arrive on July 31 and from what we can see on its website the price of the Apple Watch it will be around the price of Germany or France, more than 40 euros less if we compare it with the price in Spain. We can tell you that we are not only talking about the watch itself being cheaper than in Spain but also even on the straps they save a few euros if we compare it with us.
As you know, the Apple Watch is being marketed in three versions, the Sport that ranges from NZ $ 599 in New Zealand (about 361,67 euros) for the 38mm model to NZ $ 699 (422,05 euros to change) for the 42mm. These prices already have taxes included, so we see that the final price of the Apple Watch is lower than in Spain, which is between € 419 for the 38mm and € 469 for the 42mm.
As for the Apple Watch model, we have that the steel model with a black rubber strap is priced at NZ $ 949 (€ 573) for the 38mm and NZ $ 1.049 (€ 633,38) for the 42mm. As for the straps we give you as an example the cheapest, the silicone one that in Spain has a cost of € 59 while in New Zealand it is around NZ $ 89 (€ 53,74).
And give it to the price comparisons, countries do not have the same economy or the same taxes.
