Again we talk about the Apple Car, well of the rumors surrounding the future car that Apple plans to launch on the market between 2019 and 2020. In previous articles we have informed you of the codename that facilities are receiving that Apple is using to develop the company's future vehicle, named after Greek mythology. But today we are going to find out about the facilities that Apple supposedly has in Germany and where it seems to be developing part of the technology that the Apple Car will use or whatever it is finally called.
Apparently Apple is working in a secret research and development laboratory in the heart of Berlin, according to the German publication Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, better known as FAZ. These facilities clandestine They would have between 15 and 20 high-level people who have previously worked in the German automotive industry and among whom we find software engineers, hardware and sales experts.
The workers who are part of the workforce, are regarded as progressive thinkers in their respective fields and that they agree with the ideas about innovation that Apple has been following in recent years, workers who left their previous job tired of the conservative ideas that they were forced to follow.
The publication further states that this first Apple vehicle might not be electric, but it also states that this vehicle would not have autonomous driving, at least for the moment, like Google vehicles or similar to the operation of Tesla after the last update they received. It would not have this technology because apparently Apple would still be developing this technology. He also states that the model would be similar to the BMW i3, a model that apparently has always been a reference for Apple.
If it comes out as farting as iOS 9, pass.
