Apple would be thinking of eliminating 'One to One' sessions from the Apple Store

The One to One sessions have always been a benchmark within the services provided by Apple in its stores, since if you hired this service at the time of purchase of your Mac, it gave you the right to one year of training in which you could attend to the store with your Mac and for an hour you would have at your disposal an instructor who would help you configure your mail, contacts, music and other files, you can even request help for your personal project individually or in a group.

On the other hand, it must be clear that of course it is not free since is an extra 99 Euros that must be added to the purchase of the Mac, being able to renew it up to two more times for a maximum of three years. However, it seems that for Apple it is not turning out to be as profitable as the company would like and according to different information it would be about to gradually eliminate these "One to One" training sessions for all customers of its stores, the objective would be to go little by little directing that clientele towards free training workshops.

Anyway, those of you who have hired this service will not have to worry since the company will continue to offer the service until the moment it is finished, however it cannot be renewed once the year is over.

Right now Apple already has a wide variety of free workshops in its stores, but the company would now be reorganizing these workshops around topics such as "Discover" and "Create"This way, workshops should also be easier to find on Apple's main website, rather than being hidden in subsections within individual stores.

Although it is assumed economic, the motivation for this change of course has not been entirely clear since Apple has largely ignored this 'One to One' service for the last few years in terms of marketing and improvements. This could mean that there is a real decrease in interest from users in this program.
