In this way we can think that it is very possible that as Swift advances in a short time we can see it as a tool in the development of Windows applications.

There is even talk of the possibility of developing in Android with Swift ... Crazy? I think not, because if it is standardized it can give Apple a boost. Craig Federighi already said it at WWDC 2015:
