Bob Iger

A few months ago, we echoed a news related to the possible departure of Bob Iger, CEO and president of Disney and with a position on Apple's board of directors, it was once announced that both companies planned to launch a streaming video service.

Iger himself claimed that I didn't think it was going to happen, since whenever it was subjects of the service of video in streaming of Apple, left the meeting. At that time, Apple's streaming video service was not official, but it will do so on November 1 for 4,99 euros per month.

Bob Iger announced his departure from Apple on September 10, date on which Apple officially presented the launch date of its streaming video service, along with the new iPhone 11, Apple Watch and iPad of the seventh generation. Apple has sent a statement to the SEC, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, to officially announce the departure of Bob Iger from his position on Apple's board of directors.

While Apple's streaming video service will have a starting price of 4,99 euros per month and will have a fairly small catalog, Disney will offer us a gigantic catalog initially for only 6,99 euros monthly. Its release date is also scheduled for November 1.

Iger joined Apple's board of directors in 2011, one month after Steve Jobs passed away. With the departure of Apple's board of directors, it has grown to just seven members, including Tim Cook, Al Gore, Art Levinson, James Bell, Andrea Jung, Ronald Sugar and Susan Wagner.
