A week has passed since Apple released an update for its Boot Camp software. On that occasion, with version 6.1.16 got improved WiFi WPA3 support and fixed a Bluetooth driver issue that could occur when resuming from sleep or hibernation. Now it has just been launched again improvements to the tool which allows us to run an operating system that is not macOS on a Mac.
For all of you who need to run an operating system other than a Mac on your Mac, one of the tools you can use is Boot Camp. Apple's own software that a week ago received the 6.1.16 update that managed to introduce improvements in WPA3 WiFi and some other things. Right now, 7 days later, Apple releases an update for its program again. Version 6.1.19 includes updates to the cPrecision Touchpad Driver, according to Apple's release notes, along with other bug fixes.
In order to get this new version, we must do it from the Windows operating system. Once it is running, we must open the Apple application Software Update to install the new Boot Camp drivers.
By the way, it is always good to remember that this Apple program it is only valid for Mac computers with Intel processors. For those who do not have this, if not Apple Silicon, we must go to other solutions that are on the market. In addition, these solutions that we are talking about go through virtual machines, at least, until the company launches a new, compatible Boot Camp.
