Trouble in SuperDuper

A few days ago I commented here that SuperDuper is the best option to enhance a backup 100% identical to a Mac's startup disk ... and I keep saying it but I have found a problem that I will now report:

Trying to do a Smart Update (incremental copy that eliminates the files that no longer exist on the source disk) of my Mac, SuperDuper stopped due to an error in a file that was inside a package generated by iweb. It said that the file could not be read and therefore the copy could not be made.

I have proceeded to repair the disk and the permissions of the disk of the previous copy of SuperDupper, I have rebooted from this disk and thus I have repaired and corrected permissions of the internal disk of the Mac which contained certain errors. Once everything is repaired, the error persists so I have deleted the problematic package after making a ZIP of it and the copy of SuperDupper has finished without problems.

The problematic package (Static Web Project with Photos) did not cause problems when viewed in iWeb. SuperDuper will have to be reviewed by the developer ...
