Chromium 9.0.587.0 is the latest version that brings new features with which it hopes to continue increasing the number of users who prefer it as the first option to browse the web.
The latest Chromium 9 version comes with interesting features such as support for Native Client or Click-to-play function for plugins, and of course the bug fixes detected so far. These developments are in addition to those already announced with the release of the first development version of Chromium 9.
Native Client support to increase the performance of web applications has now been included in this version and it is possible to activate it if we want to test this experimental technology from Google. Click-to-play for plugins allows stopping the loading of all plugins, Flash, Java… and executing them case by case, when the user specifically chooses to do so.
