Consumer Reports stops recommending the purchase of Microsoft Surface computers

It seems that Consumer Reports is no longer recommending the purchase of Microsoft Surface computers due to the problems that users of these computers are having once after the first two years of use of the equipment.

It seems that approximately 25% of users who have a Microsoft team would be having problems with unexpected shutdowns, screen freezes or touch screen failures on your computers.

Is this really something that rings true to us? We can save distances for several reasons but it should be noted that in the case of The Apple Macs as soon as the computers were launched were discouraged of the purchase due to its instability with the battery by Consumer Reports, in this case it is a failure in the time of use and obviously it is not the same since the case of Microsoft is computers that are already in the hands of users who are affected by these failures.

As we can read in Reuters, the respondents reach 90.000 users and are not divided between laptop or tablet users, but the failure in both cases is similar. Not so long ago that Microsoft launched its line of new laptops to the market and seeing the experience that the users of the previous models are having, it is something to think about. Obviously a long time ago it could be said that Apple computers were more expensive and had to last longer, but today Microsoft laptops have high prices and although it is true that each one has its own OS and different hardware specifications are more matched in prices.

We can never make "direct comparisons" between a Mac and the rest of PCs or laptops on the market, but this type of survey in which after a while they indicate the levels of user satisfaction or even the proper functioning of the equipment they are very interesting when deciding what to buy.

The truth is that I do not know how Microsoft is ashamed to plagiarize the Macbook and advertise it as a better device ...
