Control the scroll of the pages you are viewing with a keyboard combination in OS X

If you come from the PC world, you have probably noticed that on the Mac there are no keys on the keyboard that do reference to "Page Up" and "Page Down"Both on the MacBook range and on desktop Macs, however this does not mean that you cannot use the same feature on Mac as there are two ways to achieve the equivalent of such paging keys on any Mac keyboard.
