The Today at Apple classes for these nine stores will be more widely spaced, with a maximum of three sessions a day scheduled for each store. The walks through the shops, and the sessions with local artists as they did before, have been suspended to avoid crowds.
In addition to the standard temperature controls and hand sanitizer at all Apple Stores, Apple says it will sanitize used equipment after each session. In most places, the number of bucket seats in the room have been reduced and placed with at least 1 meter away.
It should be remembered that the Apple Stores in China were the first affected by COVID-19, closing completely on February 1 and reopening again for March 12.
They were reopened with many security measures to avoid contagion, basically to serve users who came to buy or repair their devices, leaving them inactive the events that caused possible crowds of customers inside the stores.
It is undoubtedly a good sign that these types of activities are already being incorporated, an unequivocal sign that little by little they return to the normal, after several months of confinement. Bravo.
