Defending Jacob creator signs again for Apple

Mark Bomback - Defend Jacob

One of Apple's latest bets for its streaming video service is Defender Jacob, a series starring Chris Evans (known to all for his role as Captain America), a series that has been very well received by both users and the mediaSo it's no wonder its showrunner Mark Bomback is collaborating with Apple again.

According to the Deadline media, Mark Bomback, the head of Defender Jacob, has reached a new agreement with Apple, to create new content for your video streaming service, although at the moment it has not been announced what will be the next project he will direct.

Bomback has worked in recent years, not only in mini series as a showrunner, but also as screenwriter in movies as War for the Planet of the Apes, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes,  Total Recall: Total Challenge (2012 version that never had to be done in my opinion), The jungle 4 with Bruce Willis (another film that we could erase from our memory) ...

This is one of the many agreements that Apple has reached with various producers to ensure that they maintain their relationship with Apple in order to Nurture your streaming video service with new content.

One of the most important agreements that Apple has signed in recent years is with Alfonso Cuarón, one of the most successful directors in the Oscars career in recent years as well as another with the production company of Ridley Scott named Scott Free.

Most of the series that came from the hand of Apple TV +, have been renewed for a second season, in a movement probably motivated to ensure new content, although the criticism they have received has not been as good as Apple could expect.
