As many of you will have seen on occasion, software updates for the most part always integrate improvements in system management and resolve errors, however on other occasions instead of resolving errors, introduce other important bugs that the developers have overlooked and then it is the users who have to suffer "the oversight".
For this reason, there is always the possibility of deactivating automatic updates so that they do not install in the background without our consent and thus avoid being the guinea pigs with premature versions until they are sure they are working properly.
The way to disable this option is very simple, since it is integrated within the options modifiable by the user in the system. To do this, we simply have to follow a few steps:
- We will enter Settings on the system home screen
- We will move to "System" once we are in Settings
- Then to "Maintenance"> "Software updates"
- We will select «No» in Update automatically
As you can see, something very simple to carry out and that will save us some displeasure if the new version in question is not well polished.
