How to enable copy option in OS X Preview

Surely on more than one occasion you have tried to copy some text using the application Preview de OS X. Steps to enable copy option in OS X Preview

The steps that we indicate below have been previously tested by us, as you can see in the video below. We recommend that you follow the instructions as indicated below for the trick to work properly.

  • First, we open the Port de OS X (you will find it by looking in Spotlight).
  • Once the Port, copy and paste the next code:
defaults write com.apple.finder QLEnableTextSelection -boolean YES; killall finder
  • Press Enter and wait a few seconds. Now open a text file with the Preview and try to copy a paragraph or sentence. You will notice that the copy option is already enabled in Preview.

But what if I want to go back to the previous state and disable the copy to option Preview? Very simple, follow the steps that we have indicated before. The only thing that changes is the code you have to copy:
